How can orders be placed?

Orders can be placed by phone (02 9723 2001), fax (02 9723 2003) and email (sales@rjsproducts.com.au). Later on we plan to make it possible for all customers to order online through the website.

 

Existing customers can be set up for ordering online. Contact us to have this set up.

 

What are the payment terms?

Full payments need to be received before orders are sent out unless you have previously been approved for a credit account. Please contact us for a credit application form after your first order.

 

What are delivery and handling charges?

In Sydney, most orders under $249.99 in total will be $20. Orders $250.00 or over will be free of charge in most cases. It is best to contact us with your order details for other areas.

 

What payment methods will you accept?

We can accept Bank Account transfers, Visa, MasterCard and EFT in person. In addition, existing customers can be approved to pay by Cheque.

 

What are the estimated delivery times?

1 to 2 business days within Sydney metro. Outside of Sydney metro delivery can vary from 3 to 10 business days.
All our efforts will be made to ensure orders are delivered as fast as possible.

 

Can we track our deliveries?

With most orders, tracking is available through the couriers’ website. If you require this service, please advise us before the order is completed so we can send you the tracking details.

 

Who can you sell to?

We supply our products to the general public as well as resellers, cleaners, wholesalers, offices and other business clients. Generally located in NSW.

 

Do you sell outside of NSW?

Currently we only offer our products to clients in NSW because we dont have much demand outside of NSW. We do plan to expand later in the future. If you are located outside of NSW and would like delivery, do contact us and we will do our best to cater for you.

 

Can you offer better prices on bulk orders?

We do offer better prices on bulk orders; most of our products have a long shelf life so many of our clients purchase in bulk to save.

Do you have a show room that we can visit?

Yes, visitors are welcome to come in to look at products, discuss bulk price discounts, create orders, pick up stock and make payments at 63 Christina Road, Villawood NSW.

 

Can we pick up our orders?

Yes, orders can be picked up from 63 Christina Road, Villawood NSW. During our office hours Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30 pm. For larger orders, please advise before hand so we can prepare the order before your arrival.
